How do I access my download purchases
Upon successful payment you will receive an email with a link to download the product.
You can also download by signing in at cefpress.com - find your order in My Account.
You have two months to download and five attempts.
If you need more time or attempts, please call 1-800-748-7710 or email custserv@cefonline.com and we will grant an extension.

What if I want my order to ship the same day I place it?
It is best to call your order in to to guarantee it is shipped that day. We charge an additional $10.00 for 'Rush' charge. This is to get your
order shipped the same day, there are additional charges if you want expedited shipping. We use USPS of FedEx.
We can help you determine the best method based on the weight of you order, when you need it and the destination.

What is your return policy?
All returns must be authorized by our sales and service department. Call 1-800-748-7710 or email custserv@cefonline.com to receive a return authorization code. No returns after 60 days. To receive credit, items must arrive in like-new resalable condition with no marks or evidence of use. 10% Restock Fee will apply. Keep your packing list as proof of purchase.

What is your copyright policy?
Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) copyrighted materials may only be duplicated for use among the teaching team of a single club or class. If you have five teachers for one class, you may make copies of the materials for their use as they prepare or in the classroom. If you have five different clubs, you will need to purchase a copy for each club. This policy applies to hard copies, resource PPT CDs and all digital files. Permission is given for the public performance of any CEF copyrighted music that has been purchased. (Ex. church service or a banquet, etc.) CEF copyrighted music, videos, and PowerPoints or the public performance of them may not be posted online via websites, social media, etc. without permission. However, a parent may post their child’s public performance of CEF copyrighted music on social media. If you need more information, please email copyrights@cefonline.com.

Which version of the Bible does CEF use?
Scripture is quoted in the King James Version in the teacher texts, but any version may be used in your teaching situation.
Other products may be available in other translations.
If a product is in another version, it will be noted.
